About Maarc Green Stick
Green tracing sticks are a thermoplastic material supplied in the form of sticks (type-1 low-fusing impression compound). It is a low-fusing material primarily used for border extensions on custom impression trays as it attains uniform plasticity. Attains high viscosity at comfortable temperatures of 55-65°C making it ideal for recording the full depth of the sulcus, recording the borders during impression making for preparation of removable dental prosthesis, and taking functional and relining impressions. Provides wide working area due to extra working time & quick hardening property when immersed in cold water.
