Jaypee eZi Ortho Bond R Kit is a light-cure orthodontic adhesive system designed for bonding orthodontic brackets. The kit includes eZi Ortho Bond R Orthodontic Adhesive Paste, eZi Orthodontic Bond R Orthodontic Primer, eZi Etch Gel and Micro Applicator Brushes. It’s intended purpose is ensures strong & durable bracket adhesion. It supports precise, controlled bracket placement. It protects the enamel with fluoride releasing technology and allows for safe & easy debonding at the end of the treatment. Its intended applications are Bonding metal & ceramic orthodontic brackets to enamel surfaces. Used in fixed orthodontic appliance requiring durable & stable bracket adhesion.

Instructions for Use:
Prebonding:
- Clean & polish tooth surfaces
- Place cheek retractors & saliva ejector
- Isolate teeth using cotton rolls
- Apply eZi Etchant Gel to enamel for 60 seconds
- Rinse thoroughly & dry with compressed air
- Apply eZi Primer if preferred (optional)
Bonding:
- Dispense eZi Paste on bracket base
- Position bracket on tooth surface
- Adjust for ideal placement
- Light-cure using LED curing light after placing 3–5 brackets
Debonding:
- Use bracket-removing plier to remove brackets
- Use fine carbide bur to eliminate adhesive.
- Perform professional scaling & polishing using prophy paste
