Direction To Use
Tooth Preparation:
- Clean the tooth surface and prepare the cavity using appropriate dental instruments.
- Ensure that the surface is dry and free of debris before proceeding with the restoration.
Etching:
- Apply the etching gel (included) to the enamel and dentin surfaces for 15-30 seconds, depending on the type of enamel.
- Rinse the etched surface thoroughly with water and gently air-dry without desiccating the tooth structure.
Bonding:
- Apply a thin layer of the bonding agent (included) onto the etched surfaces using an applicator tip.
- Allow it to air dry for a few seconds to ensure uniform coverage, then light-cure for 10-20 seconds.
Composite Application:
- Dispense the Resto Tech NHT composite from the syringe directly into the prepared cavity in incremental layers.
- Each layer should not exceed 2 mm in thickness.
- Shape and sculpt the composite to match the natural anatomy of the tooth.
Curing:
- Light-cure each layer for 20-40 seconds, depending on the thickness and color of the composite.
- Ensure complete polymerization before adding the next layer.
Finishing and Polishing:
- Once the final layer has been cured, use finishing burs and polishing discs to refine the shape and smooth the surface of the restoration.
Occlusion:
- Verify and adjust the occlusion as needed to ensure a proper bite and prevent high spots on the restoration.
