SHIPPING, RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Jaypee General Agencies is a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office, Aditi Arcade, First Floor, Asher Campus, West Hill. P.O., Calicut 673005, Kerala manages and operates an online store at www.jaypeedent.com which facilitates different vendors to sell their Products and/or Services and enables different buyers to purchase the Products and/or Services offered by the vendors to the users of the Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you”).
We aim to provide the best user experience to our users beginning from placing the order till it gets delivered, and to initiating a return. While transacting on the Platform, you can expect a hassle-free experience in returning the Product and cancelling the Services that you have ordered/booked and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination or Service location.
This return, refund, and cancellation refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions (accessible at https://www.jaypeedent.com/terms-and-conditions) sets out Jaypee Dent procedures and policies in accepting: (a) Shipping, (b) Return, (c) Refund, and (d) Cancellation thereof. Any return or cancellation of Products or Services by you are subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
(A) By agreeing to use the Platform and/or placing a request for the purchase of Product(s) and/or Services on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Platform.
(B) Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your return, refund and cancellation of an order for Products on the Platform. Every time you wish to use the Platform, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND OF ORDERS
Please carefully read all the parts to understand the conditions applicable in case of returns, refunds and cancellation of a Product.
(A) SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME:
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after they have been placed. Please note that processing times may be delayed during holidays, weekends, and promotional events.
DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping option selected. Generally, orders shipped within India can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive. Jaypee Dent is not liable or responsible for any delays that may occur during transit.
ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you order tracking details. You can use these details to track your order status at any time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please note that we only ship certain products outside India. For more international shipments, please get in touch with our customer care executive.
(A) RETURN POLICY:
We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an (a) incomplete order, (b) expired product, (c) damaged product, (d) incorrect product, please notify JAYPEE DENT Support immediately or within 7 days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that JAYPEE DENT will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 working days of receipt.
Any accessories/components, combo or bundle products or freebies you received with purchase must be returned along with the returned goods.
User cannot return non-returnable products. All consumable items are considered as non-returnable products. It is User’s responsibility to check whether the Product falls under returnable/non-returnable category before placing an order.
JAYPEE DENT reserves the right to accept or reject the product returned. All the goods are usually supplied with an instruction manual and should be used are per the advised instructions.
The merchandise purchased through the platform can be returned only after prior authorization from us in writing.
The merchandise can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Unpacked, opened, or damaged merchandise by the customer cannot be returned.
Merchandise sold as kits or bundles should be returned in full. Unpacking or partial return of the merchandise is not accepted.
Any complaints arising out of improper use/misuse / customer-induced damage will not qualify for the return.
All returned merchandise should accompany a written authorization or feedback form as authorized by us per the applicable medical device rule.
Unused merchandise cannot be returned after the expiry date.
The Merchandise sold and billed as a bundle or kit with multiple items may carry different expiry dates for each item as supplied by our principals.
The merchandise sold on the platform is compliant with Medical Device Rules (MDR), individual customization, and design alterations cannot be entertained without prior permission from licensing authorities.
RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS:
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Dental composites, masks, bonding primers.
Also, JAYPEE DENT reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products.
(B) REFUND POLICY:
Some instruments and some materials can be returned if the customer changes their mind. However, shipping charges will apply as follows:
- Standard shipping charge: Rs 80.
- For all COD orders: Rs 80 + 2% of the order value.
- Free Delivery Orders: Actual shipping and packing costs, or 5% of the order value, whichever is lower.
- The return will be at the customer’s expense.
Right to Refuse Refund:
We reserve the right not to accept a refund if the goods are found to be damaged by the customer. In such cases, the customer may either:
- Pick up the product at their own expense, or
- Request a courier at the actual price (shipping + packing).
- We will store the product for 30 days. During this time frame, the customer should arrange to pick up the goods at their own expense or request pickup.
Free Replacement for Defective Products:
- If goods are found to be defective, expired, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace them free of charge.
Once a return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Generally, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect.
JAYPEE DENT shall directly refund to the User’s bank account during situations such as –
- When an excessive price has been charged/collected from the User and the amount needs to be refunded.
- Any other cases where JAYPEE DENT has to refund the amount to the User which righteously belongs to the User.
- The ordered item is not available in our warehouses.
How to Request a Refund?
To request a refund, simply email or text us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take User feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
(C) CANCELLATION:
Users may cancel the order of a product before the order is dispatched. On the receipt of the order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect.
